Hello,

I am looking for some advice!

Im 26
180lbs
6 foot
12-15% BF
I have trained on and off for about 4 years, but have never trained as hard as I am now.
My diet: Usually consists of 400-500grams of protein a day, low carb, low calories for example a typical day consists of

7:00 am Protein shake bananna
9:30 am 10 egg whites
11:00am Protein shake
1:00pm 2-3 chicken breasts baked potato
3:00pm Protein bar or high protein snack
5:00pm Protein shake(pre-workout)
7:00pm Protein Shake (post-workout)
8:30 pm 2-3 chicken breast or fish or steak with side of veg
10:30 pm Protein Shake

I feel like I am getting great results, but I would like to try another cycle. In my previous cycles, I was not eating correctly or training as hard as I am now! I have cycled about 4 times and usually sust 250 with deca 200, or just sust 250. Because I never eat right, I didn't keep a lot of my gains. I am going to cycle sust 250. Anyone have any suggestions on how else I can improve my gains?

I am 180lbs and lean, I would like to stay lean and jump up to about 200lbs.

I also am not expierienced enough to know what to take during and post cycle to prevent gyno, and other side effects. I have small lumps due to not taking anything, but it has been over a year since the last cycle, and want to do it right please help!!

Way too many protein shakes. I would go with whole food throughout the day. A shake pre post workout and one before bed with some cottage cheese is good though. Other than that it's a pretty solid diet. That is what I will be doing too.
