starting a anavar cycle anything i should know?

just going to try anavar for summer this will be my first cycle.. i was thinking of taking 25mgs a day.. anything i should worry about on this amount?? I know it makes your cholesteral go up.. but will just one cycle make it go up alot?? not planning on being on it for any longer then a month. What kind of gains can i expect on this amount? i have a good workout routine going on and my diet is very clean .. im 23 by the way and I weight about 166 5 8

I would bump the dosage up to at leat 40-60mg daily. Also use some creatine along with it.
 
why do you get way better results off that much?? what about the cholesteral thing??? and what should i expect from 40- 60mgs a day , if i just start it should i take 25mgs a day for a week to get use to it then do 50? let me know what you think.. and also why use creatine with it?
 
What are your goals? And what are you eating eating each day meal by meal (be specific). 40-60 a day is good. I started out at 40 but bumped to 60mg. Why you running anavar only might I ask?
 
im running anavar only because its my first cycle and what i have researched so far it has the least of the side effects.. and also you keep most of your gain. Can someone answer the question about the cholesteral please.. on 60mgs a day would it go through the roof? I just dont want to do any damage to my body. my goals our to just get some more lean muscle.. I eat for breakfast every morning 3 eggs and a peice of toast.. then at 10 oclock i have a protein shake with glutamine in it.. lunch time I have two chicken breasts maybe a little bit of potatoes.. 3 oclock right around pre workout time ill have some glutamine and a small snack .. dinner time will either be a couple chicken breasts or some steak.. or even fish. Then at about 8 oclock i will have another protein shake with glutamine in it
 
imo, youre not gonna be amazed by the results whatsoever if youre running it alone. even 250mg of test a week would make the world of difference. its still gonna shut you down no matter how "safe" the compound is. btw, your libido will be shot.
 
The only thing I would worry about doing an Anavar only cycle at 25mg a day for only a month is that it won't hardly do anything, thus a waste of funds. I wouldn't even remotly worry about cholesterol readings with that little amount of Var for that little amount of time you want to take it. Like someone said, you be way better off with 250mg test a week. Are you dead set on Anavar only?
 
Why is it when I try and help people they dont answer my questions. let me repeat myself WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?
As far as your cholesterol question I wouldnt worry about it man your only 23, try and limit your foods high in cholesterol/sat/trans fat. As nomak said some test would be beneficial and as parashoot said 25mg a day would just waste your money
 
i listed my goals up there earlier.. I was thinking of running 50mgs a day and just starting off with 25 for a couple of days to see how I felt.. the only reason im dead set on trying anavar and just anavar is this is my first cycle for one.. and from what I have read its the safest compared to all the other orals.. im just trying to put on some lean muscle mass for summer.. im not to bad right now but id like to get ripped. Also at 50mgs a day would everything be ok? thanks alot, also is there anyway of not wrecking your libido
