Started my 1st cycle

Hi,
I'm 23 year old and i have started my first cycle a few hours ago.
Actually i have done one cycle previously (2-3 years ago) but it was dianabol only 4 weeks @20mgs, and have had nice results.
Here are my stats:

training - 4 years (mostly 3 months on , 3 off, etc.)

height - 178 cm
weight - 74 kg
bodyfat - around 17%

i know most of you will say i could still go naturally,
but i have tried it many times, and my poor results are due to my
suboptimal testosterone level (around 500 ng/dl , even lower once on scale 300-1000).

it was hard decision to inject because i have needle fear, but i did it.

anyway i've started 250mg Testosterone enanthate today, and i have 20tabs of Anadrol50 , and a bit of dbols as well, so maybe i will kick start my cycle...
i have nolvadex on hand as well, and my PCT will be:
nolvadex, clomiphene and a bit of tribulus.

as for now:

1-10 - testosterone enanthate @250-300mg week.
maybe its best to keep it simple and keep good carbs and fats intake.

i will try to keep my protein intake as high as i can (around 3-3.5grams / kg = 200-230grams)
supplements: will get some whey protein, Ca Mag Zinc, Multivit, and maybe fish oil).

all advices are welcome.

Regards...

There is nothing wrong with your testosterone levels. Is higher better? Sure thing. Will being in the top 10% make a difference compared to being in the middle of the normal range? Perhaps. Will that difference be weighing 170lbs vs weighing 200lbs? Absolutely not.

I think my natural testosterone levels are even lower than yours, and I do just fine without steroids (not that I'm saying I've never taken any...).

Steroids are great, but your nutrition, training and lifestyle are far more important.

Also, do yourself a major favor and read up on HCG please.

I'm not telling you not to use steroids. It's your choice...

However, I am telling you to learn more about training and eating. Do all the steroids you want to, but you'll achieve far greater gains [with or without using steroids] if you know more about nutrition and working out.

Thanks for your input, but who mentioned that i'm newbie and that i don't know anything about nutrition and about Human chorionic gonadotropin (hcg) - which i doubt i need at low doses, i think standard PCT will be fine as my Test dose is 250-300mg/week.

Again thanks for your input, but i have been reading and educating myself about anabolics a few years back, and its my decision as you have mentioned, so i would like to have more feedbacks on the cycle not on the decision.

Thanks

Well, your weight isn't very impressive for your height. Also, you're blaming your poor results on your 'suboptimal' testosterone levels. Own your failures, and own your successes. That's all I'm saying. Don't blame your perfectly normal testosterone levels.

Read this on HCG: http://bodybuilding.elitefitness.co...opin-use-anabolic-steroid-cycles-bodybuilding

Increase the testosterone to 500mg per week. 20 days of anadrol isn't very much, but you can see for yourself what you can make out of it.

well if you did more research, you would find that 500 ng/dl
falls in 50-60 year old age group.
average for 20-25 year old is around 750-800 ng/dl , but i can find the table and chart if you need precise information.. and i really find lower then average testosterone levels to be the limiting factor (especially if free - non shbg and albumin binded testosterone level is even lower).
thanks for your opionion,
and i appreciate your feedback on my cycle

How can you find lower than average testosterone levels to be the limiting factor in gaining lean body mass? Did you participate in a study comparing your muscular gains on a specific programs to other people who had higher testosterone? Unless you did, you can't really say that. Tell us more about your training and nutrition.

If your sex drive is normal and you have no other problems, your testosterone is most likely fine and dandy.

that level is perfectly normal i didn't say anything about that,
but there is difference between normal and optimal.

btw i have started this thread to comment out my cycle, and to report about my gains, not to argue about T levels.
lets say my T level is optimal and great, but i have decided to start a cycle.
so if you have any more advices about the cycle i would be more then glad to hear some.
thanx..

500mg Testosterone for 8-10 weeks, d-bol/anadrol for 4-6 weeks, take HCG throughout as suggested in the link I posted.

Have some arimidex ready IF you need it. Then do your PCT.
