OK, I have been training for 9 years now. First 6 years I went from 150 pounds to 220 naturally (I'm 5 10), hit my peak and considered juicing. Decided there was a lot to be learned still as far as dieting/cutting goes. So the past 3 years I have transitioned into being cut, and have been around 170-175 at 5-7% bodyfat. Thought to myself how great it would be to be around 190-195 with the defnition I have. Feelng I've paid my dues I decided to cycle. Started my cycle 4 days ago, 30mg DBol a day/400 mg EQ a week. Was very intimidated when my pins arrived, but injecting was no problem, although I hit a nerve last night so I have more to learn. My diet has always been on point and very clean. I've added a few extra portions of rice and oatmeal to my intake and have been drinking water like mad! Feeling a tad lethargic from the D Bol so far, and my weight is up 7 pounds from last week. I must admit moderation was never my strong point, and I constantly resist bumping the DBol up to 50mg and the EQ to 600, but I will stick to what I planned on doing. I will keep you all posted as I go, and post pics too! I'll do a before/after/then after juice theme, from 220 to 170 to whatever I end up at, should be fun. I'm already thinking about my next cycle, i guess the best thing to do is learn from this one first. Anyways, I want to thank everybody who participates in this site! We are very lucky to have this forum and to learn from other's experiences!
