weighed in on empty, without clothes this morning at 228. I am sitting at about 14% right now so I am looking for another 10-15 pounds before I stop bulking.
I am 6'3" and the most I have weighed before is 227 with clothes on, so it has been a matter of consistent eat/sleep/training to get back here.
My program follows:
11/21/2002 201 lbs evening no clothes
12/6/2002 208 lbs evening no clothes
1/6/2003 219 lbs evening no clothes
1/16/2003 220 **morning** no clothes, empty stomach
1/24/2003 228 **morning** no clothes, empty stomach
weeks 1-8 10g creatine ED after 20g for 5 days ED
weeks 3-6 150mg 1-test + 312mg 4AD Transdermal ED
week 9-Present 75 mg Tren ED
I am 8 days into my tren cycle which I will run for four weeks. I am an athlete so I will be looking to play around 8-10% bf but I have 8 months to work on that.
My lifting has been geared towards football, my main lifts are:
Day 1: Squat
Day 2: Power Clean/Romanian Deadlift/Jerk
Day 3: Bench
Day 4: Side Lunge/Hang Clean w/Front Squat
Twice each week I have sprint training that includes plyo boxes, stairs, shuttle, jump rope, etc.
My calories I have tried to keep at 2x bmr with protein around 400g. I am hoping to be at 235-240 by this spring when I will look to shed about 15 pounds of fat.
