I want to start competeing next year 2009. I have been doing research on what to do. I understand i have to join a federation first. How do i know which one to pick? But i have to register to the N.P.C. If anyone could steer me in the right direction, on exactly what to do, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Join the NPC and then enter a local santioned NPC regional/city event and work your way from there if your ultimate goal is to compete at an IFBB event.

How do i join the npc? I looked online and it told me to mail a letter to npc in pittsburgh requesting a registation form. Is that what i have to do?? I live in s fl.
