Standard Clen questions

What are the common dosages for clenbuterol and the duration? Two weeks on and then two weeks off? If you've used hydroxycut(w/ eph) or Xenadrine PLUS Clenbuterol, can you name what were the differences you experienced between the two? I already know that clen isn't a steriod so there is no need for post recovery.
 
i find clenbuterol to be much 'smoother'.

no harsh come down, and heart rate doesnt shoot up like on efedrine.

for fat loss, i'd say clen is better.

but for pre-workout boost, nothing beats efed! NOTHING!
 
i am yet to do clen so i'm not all that expert on it, but when i do take it the end of winter. i'm going to do 2wks on/off. on off weeks i will probably take something like trex. i'm going to pyramid up starting off at 20mcg a day and increasing it possibly all the way up to 120 (depending on how i react to it). this is a rather quick but informative read on it

it varies from person to person.

some users dont get the desired 'shakes' at less than 160mcg a day while others shake violently at half that dosage.

as a rule of thumb, you should start out with 40-80mcg per day and see how you feel on it..... go from there.

i wouldnt go over 200mcg per day though!!

i think clen is a great option for a short 3 week cutting cycle.
in fact, my next cycle due sometime in jan or feb is gonna be a 3 week cutter...

low cals, 200mg prop per day, 40mg dbols, clen at 160-200mcg, cardio, r-ala.

post cycle is another good reason to use clen.
 
80 mcg in one dose gave me:

tachycardia
elevated BP
tremors
muscle cramping
anxiety

These sides were definitely to an unacceptable level (for me). If any of them had been minor, I wouldn't have bothered noting them here. And my tremors (read: 'shakes') definitely weren't "desired" nor can I imagine anyone desiring to have uncontrollable tremors.
 
i've only done one run of Clen but i liked it. i started at 20mcg for 2 days, 40mcg for 2, 80mcg for 2, 120mcg for 2 weeks, then tapered back down the same way i tapered up. so my entire cycle was around 4 weeks.

i never felt jittery, got a little sweaty at times, didn't really crash afterward. i don't really understand the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off theory (doesn't say i don't think it's valid).

I go off clean for two weeks, then when I go back on I feel the shakes and tweekedness at 80mcg/day then I taper up.....I get to 200mcg/day by the end of the first week, then I just get used to it and feel no sides or anything. I won't go any higher though even though I know I could keep going up.
