Im taking 40mg stanabol, this is my first time using gear, what kind of feeling should i be experiencing and what kind of changes in my bodu should i be experiencing. Im in my third week and ive noticed increased vascularity in my arms and shoulders, but no real strength gains and no real weight loss or gain.

You should also be feeling a slight increase in strength, and possibly some pain in your joints as winny dries you out. If you are not seeing strength gains along with vascularity, could possibly be your diet, you didn't add any stats or goals,

I am feeling pain in my knees!!! (both because of ACL and miniscus tears a couple of years ago!), My diet is low calorie, low carb, high protein. I am using Muscletech-PumpTech(NO2) with the Winny and also trying to get a good amount of Amino Acids in (GNC)MegaMan multi-vitamins.

Age:24
Weight: 230
height: 6'
goals: Tone up, cut up, and possibly get some strength gains, but mostly want to lose fat off the abs and increase lean muscle.

oh yea, since my knee are acheing i do cardio warmup on the stationary bike before i lift for about 20min.

That's about what you need, high protein and keeping the cal's and carb's low cause it sounds like your body fat % is abit high. With a diet like that, winny would probably not do anything more than allow you to retain the muscle mass you have now, while on a calorie restricted diet, lost fat. When in a calorie deficit you have a tendancy to lose muscle as well as fat, winny will keep the muscle on, but if you are getting some good quality protein in there you should be some strength as well, I would look for that to come soon, but when in cutting mode strength does not increase much, if at all and you should be working the weights a little lighter because of that.

So i should do more cardio and less lifting maybe?

I would do cardio 3-4 times a week. I think what indy meant is not to go super heavy all the time. You still want to do each muscle group a week though

maybe switch to an ecliptical machine. running hurts my knees and ankles and I get shin splints from hell.

I am gonna use the stationary bike and hopefully it will help stop the acheing in my knees, when I torn my MCL, ACL, and miniscus in both my knees, my trainer said that the bike is the best to strengthen the muscles around the knee and hopefully with stronger muscles around the knee, the acheing and pain will decrease.
