Stacking Dianabol and Ephedrine?

Hey all, i'm currently 15 stone and i'd say i have a body fat of 20%, this fat mainly consists around my buttocks and hips - not nice!

I have recently come across a source for Dianabol and Ephedrine.

I want to lose this undesirable fat but want to keep the mass I already have and add to it.

Being my first cycle, I had the following in mind:
(mg/day)

Week 1 Dianabol 10
Week 2 Dianabol 15
Week 3 Dianabol 20
Week 4 Dianabol 15
Week 5 Dianabol 10
Week 6 Clomid 100
Week 7 Clomid 50
Week 8 Clomid 50

Can anybody comment on this cycle, and tell me how I can encorperate Ephedrine, if at all. Any advice highly appreciated :) Cheers Guys

You are too fat to be using steroids.
You need to put on some more mass naturally.
You need to drop the idea of using oral steroids to build a cycle out of. They are used to enhance a cycle.
You are likely to add even more fat using dbol this way.

Okay? So here's what will happen.
You'll ignore me.
You'll use the oral steroids. <<insert dbol>>
You'll get bigger.
6 months later you'll be the same size you are now.
Cortisol will probably make your joints hurt more.
 
Lol nice comment, what would you suggest then?

Use just Ephedrine? Until I'm down to a reasonable bodyfat?

20% was just a guess, but I've heard 20%+ is considered being "being fat"
 
why not compose a very clean diet, combine it with cardio 5x a week, and start loosing weight. If you hit some sort of a plateau, then add a fat burner to "supplement" in. At a high bf, ephedrine isnt always good because it can raise your already high BP/Heart rate.

I have got a reasonably clean, high protein diet. I probably do about 40 mins of cardio a week, I realise this is not enough, but when I've been on a cardio spree before my upper body feels extremely drained and I feel like i've lost mass. I'll try get a bodyfat measure at the gym tomorrow but that thing is so unrealiable, it's more of a fitness gym so doesn't take increase in muscle mass into account and counts it as fat! I have a 36inch waist if that gives anyody any idea. I've been on Lipo 6 before with little results. I also have a heart murmur (irregular heartbeat) if that makes any difference to my original post.
 
If you have an irregular heartbeat, I'd def stay away from Ephedrine combined with your higher bf%. Just not safe imo. 40 min of cardio a week is not going to give you any results, it should be 40 min a day man. If you feel drained just try to slowly build your tolerance for cardio. Maybe start of walking on a slight incline for 20-25 min for a few days or ride a stationary bike, and slowly ramp up the time and intensity. Of course you will loose mass when your dieting on low calories, just make sure to have protien with every meal as you probably do.
 
500 calories under your BMR daily.
cardio morning 25 minutes on empty stomach.
weight training to spare existing muscle.
no junk foods.
glutamine before bed/upon waking.
patience.

heart murmur + stimulants = hospital trip waiting to happen

Dude, thats like 40 lbs of fat, Id say drop a bunch of that fat before you consider any AAS. Also with a heart problem, stims like ECA stack = bad idea.
Best thing you can do for yourself is have a super clean diet, do cardio, lift heavy.
 
If you want to look fatter than hell it looks great. Looks like a shitty cycle to do anytime regardless of stats. Dbol isn't goin due crap for you except make you look fatter. Do you want to get fatter or leaner? I would up the cardio to at least 5-6 days a week and you will be amazed what happens. Keep cals about 500 below what you need including your cardio cals burned. If you must do anything do low dose test to help preserve any muscle you got.
