sta sarms cycle!!

I am on 12.5mg and i just wonder how long can you be on it? is it safe to be on for 3-6 month??
Any known side effects on long cycles with just osta sarms?

I'd personally up the dose to 25mg ed and run it for 8-12 weeks.

front load with 25mgs for 2 weeks and then drop back down to 12.5.
