Squat PR

Actually, it isn't just a PR, it is my second time doing squats! I lifted 105 for three reps, and 115 pounds for 1 rep!

This is not just a PR, it is a starting point! I am so excited!(and shocked! Who knew I could do that much!!!)
 
Good job! I plan on having a squat PR on Monday. I'm gonna try for 135 for 5 reps. Who knows maybe I'll do more.
 
I'm gonna go do squats this morning for the first time in ages. I've been doing leg presses instead, because of my wonky knees (my knee caps tilt outwards). But my husband showed me the tru-squat machine last time we were at the gym, so I'm giving it a try. I think I'm going to start out pretty light and concentrate on my form...I don't want to tear my knees and then not be able to train at all.
