Spread Anavar out throughout the day or all at once?

If I'm taking 10 5iu of oxandrolone daily shoud I take 5 in the am and 5 in the pm or does it matter?

Oxandrolone should be split up twice a day but it's not going to make that big a difference either way.

I haven't heard of Anavar measured in iu. How many milligrams is that dose?

I spread all my tabs out throughout the day. The more even you keep blood levels the better.

Twice a day as opposed to once? Or twice is optimal? I would think you want as many doses as possible. So if you were having 5 10mg pills/day you would take 1 at 5 different points in the day.

You would think that to be true, I agree, but in 10 weeks testing with var, it was found that a single large doese showed the greatest benefits....., time and time and time again..

Personally I think the half life is alot longer than we suspected. I tried it every which way over 6 months, and it always came out the same, on big dosage in the morning.......

Well that certainly makes things easier. I might have to try it on my next cycle.

Well after weeks and months of seeing no changes, I hope you are astounded as I was when we went to that single larger dosage mid am..

I just got some "special" made var tabs at 50mg/tab so the next experiements are coming this winter
