Spot injections

What's the consensus among those who've done it both ways??

spot injection is great.... wouldn't give it up for the world....

Fun stuff - some people have trouble getting around to their ass when they get bigger, too... Site injections are the next logical step when/if that happens...
I love my bi tri and delt injections more than any others anyhow...

you really thought your delts grew noticably faster with the spots compared to the regular injxns???

(not being skeptical - just heard alot of mixed opinions, that's all)

I will never shoot in my ass again. Seems to work very well for me. If nothing else, just stretching the muscle fascia is worth it.

Anyway, I totally agree, site injections are the way to go,

Not sure if the growth is actually there, but arms feel a hell of a lot fuller, so thats worth it
