Spot Injection, Accurate or not

I'm about to inject myself in the quad and was wondering if anyone's seen the site Spot injection. Are the pictures shown in the Spot injection accurately depict the way you're suppossed to take the shot. I'm specially interested in the Quad one. what do you guys think.

Yes, that site is good..outter upper quad otherwise you wont be walking for a couple days(esp if its test).
