Sports+Doctor??

Anyone know how I would get into becoming a team doctor for a sports team? Like the type that actually travels with a professional team. What courses would I take in college? I plan on going to med school but I dont know where i would branch off to. Thanks for the help.

-Also any good books to read/study that has to deal with becoming a doctor?

FIrst you need to a damn good orthopedist. Then you need to get lucky and know someone that is already a team doctor and probably work as an assistant for a while. Then if you are a lucky one day you wuold become the team doctor. I am guessing that you have a better chance of becoming the team QB than the team doctor.
