split low dosage?

i know that with var its a good idea to split the dosage throughout the day.eg 30ed= 10 morning 20 evening. but what if you were only taking 20mg ed? would it be 10 morning 10 evening or would it be just 20mg midday? just a thought.

I would say 10 in the morning and 10 at night...try to keep relatively stable blood levels. I'm not really sure why you'd go 10/20 though if you were taking 30mg/day as opposed to 10 morning/10afternoon/10night...

maybe 10-10-10 would be better.
