Is splenda in sweet n low or equal??? im going to take a bunch of these to make the bb's french toast and they have both of these where i work.... so i can get a lifetime supply :)

Splenda is flavored with Sucralose. I suggested using Splenda because it remains sweet when heated.
Aspartame, saccharin, and Acesulfame-K are the sweeteners in S&L and Equal. I know these arent very stable when heated but they might work, never tried.

they work in coffee..... i think they should work in the french toast, also have u ever tried making this french toast in a pan like pancakes?

Yes, that works even better but takes longer and there is a little more cleanup involved. :)

I use 8 Splenda or Equal tablets in my 1 cup of oats mixed with whey. I like it nice and sweet :D

I also use 2 in every coffee and drink plenty of Diet Coke.

Hopefully artificial sweeteners aren't the devil ;)

in canada, you can get NoName products (that's the brand name) and they have this AWESOME sweetener that's 75% dextrose, 25% sucralose...

only 2 cals... and 0.6g carbs.

I've started using that instead of sugar. Splenda tastes too chemical-ish... *yuck*

can you get granulated splenda? maybe that would taste better.
