Splenda problem

Does anyone else get headaches if they use splenda?
i've noticed i get very groggy and heavy headed now if i use splenda... this sucks cos now i cant eat anything sweet

does splenda have some side effects if im using ECY?

Splenda is the ONLY variable that you change and notice this problem arrive/go away?

i dunno i just heard alot of bad press about artificial sweetners. I thought splenda was safer.

ECY doesnt seem to give me headaches, only down side i get when i take ephedrine is i get very anxious but i can live with that

Splenda is a very safe sweetener, and I highly doubt it is causing the problems you mention. If you're changing other variables along the way, then it is likely to be one of them...

I eat alot of sucralose everyday and have never got a headache from it?
