SPLENDA+ carBs

How can it be ok to take splenda if it contains maltodextrin? wouldnt this put you out of ketosis if taking it on a ckd?

I belive the carbs are minimal..so you'd have to take 20 packets to go over 20 grams

The package says one serving (1tsp) contains less than 1g of carb.
