Spironolactone for prostate?

Would it be possible? And if so, would it work?

I'm thinking about some sort of topical application in the area bet. my asshole and my balls.

My reasoning is this: Spironolactone is a DHT Blocker (correct me if I'm wrong), so instead of preventing DHT like saw palmetto and finasteride, it would (ideally) prevent DHT from affecting the prostate.

Ideally, the effect would be 100% local and 0% systemic.

get the tabs... they would probably work better and you wouldnt get a wet asshole.
