spiking your insulin is not exactly safe

NOT A SLIN THREAD. READ THE WHOLE THING.

the main danger in running a compound like slin is diabetes, asuming you have half a brain and dont inject rediculous amounts and you dont fast after injection. the risk of diabetes keeps so many people away from insulin (for good reason)
at the same time these same people are slamming masive amounts of carbs to spike their insulin for the added bennefit of rapid glycogen restoration. esentially they are taking the same risks of becomming type 2 diabetic.
theres another risk. when we cut we often carb off for several days at a time. this puts our blood sugar low and can also lead to diabetes.

the moral of the story here is if you are in fear of diabetes you may want to consider consistant healthy blood sugar levels all the time.

if you want more info just google diet and diabetes or talk to your doctor about it.

I plan on never using insulin (although who knows what the future will bring...) but I eat a ton of carbs post-workout and really all throughout my bulking phases. I never thought about getting diabetes, though it runs in my family and maybe I should cut back a bit on the post-workout carb protocol.

Ya I guess when your trying to manipulate ur blood sugar whether dieting or spiking or using slin your taking risk.
With all that said I'd guess 75% of general public is at risk becouse of the diet an fat there holding on to... I made that # up but I'd bet I'm not to far off

i was told by my doctor about 6 months ago that my weight and diet habbits put me at high rist of diabetes. he compared my to the obese people that eat mcdonalds for lunch every day.

i bet your numbers are close to.
