speaking of support tickets

I sent one out about a week a go to ask/complain about my disappearing custom user title. I have yet to receive any confirmation that some sort of human or living entity has looked at it (have only received an automated one when it was submitted).

I know my petty problem is probably very low priority when you have bigger problems to fix (like plats having to log back in when viewing galleries *hint*hint*), but some sort of acknowledgement that the system/process is in effect would be nice. This does not speak well of this support system and is going to make me think twice before using it again.


Make a thread on C&C, people actually see it and sometimes GS, Digger or BRR respond

Support ticket, who knows what happens there
 
They need to be on the ball with these if they want people to start using them. Things don't have to be fixed right away, but atleast some confirmation that it has been looked at and will be considere at some point in time. That would be a good start.
