I sent one out about a week a go to ask/complain about my disappearing custom user title. I have yet to receive any confirmation that some sort of human or living entity has looked at it (have only received an automated one when it was submitted).
I know my petty problem is probably very low priority when you have bigger problems to fix (like plats having to log back in when viewing galleries *hint*hint*), but some sort of acknowledgement that the system/process is in effect would be nice. This does not speak well of this support system and is going to make me think twice before using it again.
Make a thread on C&C, people actually see it and sometimes GS, Digger or BRR respond
