Speaking of ECA?

How much should a person take? the bottle of ECA i have reccomends 2 tablets 3 x a day, but they always recomend less than the effective dose. Just curious what u guys think? When i was on hydroxicut i took 3 tablets 3x a day and saw awesome results. Though i believe they only reccomend 2 tabs 3 x a day.

I use the following standard dosage three times daily:

25 mg ephedrine HCL
200 mg caffeine
325 mg aspirin

Save yourself some money by buying everything separate and making your own stack.

That's sounds like the dosage for Ripped Fuel by Twin Labs. I found it worked best for me if I went 3 caps 2x/day then the other way around. If they have something like "no more than" or "do not exceed" a certain amount in a 24 hour period, follow that. That may work for you.

3x a day? When do you take it last in the PM? does`nt it keep you up? Also in the morning when do you take it? before or after breakfast? thanks for info

Folks you outta consider Dymetadrene Xtreme (think thats spelled right) by AST labs... one pill of this stuff is equal to a whole dosage for all other brands, and it comes with 100 pills in a bottle for around $20-$30. There is a good review on it at
