Does EF sell our e mail addresses to other companies to spam us? I know i get alot of Junk E mail from EF but ever since i signed up it seems like everyday i get some e mail advertising to buy anabolics legally or legal steroids for sale in the US, many have to do with bodybuilding etc etc and there is no other site I go to that deals with working out other than EF...Anyone else notice anything?...

I tried to change it, i wanted one like the whole f/n shows. I want to look like that guy... Whats wrong with the avatar i got now...How is my box filled. I havbe no messages in there...
