Spain - Steroid availabilty

I know this is a long shot but does anyone know if Proviron is a prescribed drug in Spain, as I have read that it is very cheap over there.
I spend a lot of time in Spain so if it is an over the counter drug , which I doubt I will stock up in two weeks when I go.
