spacing my anavar dosage

if i'll be doin 40mg ED of ** anavar with my sust, how should i split up the pills? 2 morning, 2 afternoons? or 1 about every 4 hours?

The 1/2 life is 8 hours... 1 every 4 hours would be better

2 x ED would be fine, but obviously 1 every 4 hours would be better - It is just kind of a pain in the ass sometimes.

I'd go with the one every four hours, that should keep the blood levels more constant.

I do mine on an empty stomach. The only reason you would need to do it with food is if it upsets your stomach.
