no soy is good...look into my eyes...S-O-Y is gooood....see...grab a gary null muscle shake and kidney stones aren't that bad...just take some of my green and red stuff and it will turn the stone into anabolic nutrients for muscle growth...
lets push this one up to the top.....i want to see what we get on this...i am planning on buying some pasta this weekend thjatonly has 10 g of carbs per serving and 30 grams of protein which is primarily from soy and some whey also....i know you need carbs to grow, but i love pasta before bed and i want to try the gig with a ton of protein in it...will make my chicken alfredo (o carbs and 0 calories and 0 fat alfredo) all the better...
