Im new to this site..ive made a few posts and the help was great...but i have Qs on sites and sources...how do i find Mod's? to ask about. I see some people post them and get answer and others post them and get yelled at to no write names/addys lol

You need to find out who the mods are for that paticular area of interest, such as the anabolic discussion board. Then click on their name to find out what their email address is. Then, using a secure email address yourself, send them an email with your question. If you dont have a secure email account, sign up for a free account here with Elite. The mods here are great, and so are the veterans to this site as well. Shoot me an email and I will try to help you out as well.
