Can LE or informants sell you products and arrest you sometime later? Even if you dont have the goods any longer.

Not over the internet bro. It would have to be a face-to-face buy. There have indeed been setups like the one you mentioned by Police, but it usually consists of Police going to a street in the city, where there are alot of "open-air" transactions, and doing a reverse buy/bust. In any case, they have to prove that you asctually posessed the controlled substance in question, in order to charge a person with "posession". So if a person would buy drugs on the street, in a scenario like the one I mentioned above, they would surely have to bust that person immediately, while he/she has the drugs on their person. I'm almost positive that is the case. Maybe Collins can clarify however, if I am wrong.
