I started exfoliating (as mac suggested) and there's diffenatly a difference.
I'm on my 2nd week and down a loop on my belt. Yohimburn is the shit! Some people on this board will argue that Yohimburn does nothing for you. If anything, the burn feels like somethings working and gives me a mental boost at the gym. Overall Yohimburn is a great product.
Due to water retention my gut is smaller on my off days. Any secrets on keeping that water off? I'm also talking ECA and planning on rotating it with NYC in a couple of weeks.
