Sorry, First Timer with Questions

My Stats:
Age - 29
Height - 5'8"
Weight - 160lbs
BF - No idea...I am packing a little luv on the side. Nothing huge and I am not overweight at all.
Chest - 44
Waist - 31

I used to work out everyday in my early twenties. Did a couple cycles of Sust. 250 and got really good results. I have spent the last 6 months dieting and eating healthy. I went from 193 down to 156. I am now back at 160 and want to get on a 12 week cycle. I have been out of the gym for 6 weeks due to a shoulder issue. I am ready to get back. I plan to hit it hard at least 4-5 days a week. Cardio AM, Evening workouts. What would you guys recommend for me just getting back into it. I would like to lose the remaining nagging fat and bulk up. Any help would be great. Most of the posts on here are intelligent and the good ones seem to very genuine. Thanks in advance.

congradulations on loosing the weight bro...so you want to further lower your bf then bulk? Since you have already done sust250 i would go with that..test is best..and should be the only compound you use to start back up...if you want to get your BF down..clen/eca will do the trick...what was the dosages you used when you used sustanon..how long ago?
 
i would say go with a test e @ 500mgs ew for 12 weeks
then winny 7-12.

the test should put on some sizze a give u strength gains and the winny should cut up up. of course the proper pct as well

It was about 8 years ago. I was on 250mg twice a week for about 10 weeks. I used to do glute injections and don't want to mess with that anymore. I thought I read that someone on here had a good site for quad injections showing the proper technique.

I can get Nolv. for the whole cycle and think I may since it has been so long since I tried anything. I do like the winny idea as well. Would 5 weeks be enough. I can scan through here for a good PCT program. I was thinking HCG for sure and Nolv.
