soreness

Active recovery....This is a good post for the training forum. But the bottom line is get the blood flowing to the sore muscles without over- stimulation. For example...when my Tri's are really fried and super sore...do some leaning push-ups against a wall after a short cardio workout....get alot of blood in the muscle...See what I mean?
Also...good quality Creatine works wonders for me!
