Sore tits? (Nolvadex)

I just need your opinion on this: I took my first shot of the Russian Sust on Tuesday night. I decided to only try 250mgs first because this was my first Test injection. Anyways, I am probably prone to gyno (just remembering when I was a teen). I thought I'd try NOT to take the Nolvs throughout my cycle and just use it if I need it. Well...Is this normal? Last night (Friday) only 3 nights after my first injection on Sust only I could feel my nipple getting a sensation. Nothing hurting or really sore but just a tingling. It kind of comes and goes. I still have it a bit off and on today (Saturday). Do I really have to worry about that or only if they get really sore and/or puffy? I just don't know. Will it reduce my gains if I do say 5 mgs EOD of Nolvs? Just curious! What would you do? Any opinions...

If that's all you got, take it & don't wait. You should be using an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex, particularly if you believe yourself to be prone to gyno.

I would take it to be safe! I am not sure how your gains will be effected maybe someone can let us all know.

could just be in your head, but take it to be safe...be sure to have enough to last throughout the cycle youll prolly need it

What's going on Jay. Good to see you bro. If the nips are bugging you, take the Nolvadex bro. It's not like they are going to restrict your gains like people always suggest, it's just going to prevent some water retention that you're going to lose anyways post-cycle.

5mg eod I think will have no benefit. The recommended dose is usually 20mg a day, so try for something around that.

Anyone else have any opinions?? Is this really anything to worry about? They're not really sore and no lumps or puffyness? Maybe it is in my head? I don't think so.
