Sore Tendons

On each side of my body, the tendon that connects the chest to shoulder to bicep gets sore, like it is ready to be pulled at any moment some days. Is there anything that I can do to avoid this, any supps? The owner of my gym, a knowledgable ex-competitior, said there is nothing and that I just need to take anti-imflammatories.

Probably the fucker spotting me on incline dumbells didn't help none either. First exercise, and I am into the 2nd week of my cycle of 30mg Dbol, 400 T. Cyp and 400 Deca. First exercise is Incline dumbells, start off slow lighter weights for 2 warm-ups because of the above problem. Feeling strong so I get some 130lb dumbells and a retard to spot me. Anyone want to know how he spots, his first 2 fucking fingers 4 inches under the dumbells. What the hell is that going to do. He must have the strongest fucking fingers in the world, let alone help keep me balanced on dumbells by playing with my weights. Has he never heard of spotting by the elbows, what the fuck. So after 5 good reps I knew I was going to struggle and this character wasn't going to help so I had to throw the dumbells aside and not even attempt a 6h rep (which I would have got pretty easy with a minimal spot) because I didn't want to risk injury. Which I think I got anyway, because it was sore on the bench and I had to cut that exercise short.

I hate idiots that can't spot. If you don't know how, then at least ask how or say you don't know. I was so pissed that I wanted to punch the motherfucker.

Back to the original point, anyone know of anything to take? Thanks for listening.
 
Rest, ibuprofin ( for a few weeks at most ) and ice are the best therapy. When you begin to rebuild I would suggest supplementing with MSM and Cissus RX for a few months. Stretching twice daily will help also.
