You should have bromo. There is no actual proof that winstrol actually helps prevent gyno.

I have heard conflicting stories on how fast bromo takes to kick in... Are we talking 4 days or so, or more like 7-10? I can start by taking 2.5, right?

Half a tab (1.25mg) per day should be enough. Personally I would keep the dosages low so as to avoid any of the nasty sides associated with using bromo.

Try 600mg a day of vitamin B-6, spliy in 3 even doses. It has been working well for a few guys, I will try it soon as well if the deca acts up.
