Sore muscle after injection

after you inject and the muscle hurts is it best to massage it or just let it be?

some say massage.. others say heatpad.. others say just suck it up.

It will go away after a few days... could be 1.. could be a week... but it will go away.

Welcome to the wonderful world of juicin!!! I say massage the area after the injection, also you may want to heat up the oil before you draw into the syringe. After a few injections it should not be as bad!!
