Soooo Tired

On Wed. I had the day off. Well, I fell asleep about 11 on tues. night, and the next thing I know it is about 10 or so wed morning. I zonked out and didn't stir all night. Well, I wake up and went to have some protein and take a HUGE piss. I was eating my breakfast, and then laid down on the sofa for a second to watch the news, next thing I know it is 4PM. I fell asleep again and woke up just so tired! I managed to stay awake again until about 10, and then slept all night till about 8 the next day. What the heck? I have heard test can make you lethargic but my dose is not that high (250) so can this be test or just my body needing some recoop time? I didn't blast myself anyharder than I usually do in the gym the day before, so I have no idea what it was. It felt great to get so rested, and it was my day off from the gym but still. The only thing I can think of is that it's my body getting used to the test eq and adapting. Any thoughts?
 
Being lethargic on cycle is pretty common.......Just make sure your training hard and eating right and everything else will be ok.


Also just for safe measure make sure your blood pressure is not high, as this tends to make me tired as well.
 
I hear ya bro. I can't get enough sleep lately, doing 40mg d bol and 750 ent. Never had a prob being tired with test so I'm thinkin it must be the Dbol

Can happen a lot...The first 3 weeks on GH is a killer for it....Make sure your good carbs are high and that you are not over training...both these will play a major part in lethargy....don't be afraid to use ome caffein or ephadrine...

I am not on GH but I had 2 sugar free red bulls this morning and it hardly made a dent. lol This could get to be a long 15 weeks. :P

LOL.... No WB, I was just passing comment on the GH tiredness as it damn near knocked me out so I can empathise with your current state on gear....
Red Bull aside, ephadrine will definately get you up and running.

yea bro, not to scare you up but being letargic on cycle is a common symptom for kidney and liver-problems. So check out your values when you get some spare time...

it's not that common on only test, but if you used orals earlier or for frontloading i would check it up asap

Well I do plan on getting that done later in the cycle but it's only my 3rd week and everything was fine 2 months ago when i got it all checked out. I am only doing 250 test and 400 eq. But thanks for looking out for me man.

hhhhmmmmmm....well from what little I have read yes it does. Crap..am I gonna get boobies? I have been taking .5 of liquidex EOD just to help with the bloat and e issues allthough I think I could of gotten away with not using it and been ok.
 
I have been pretty tired too (on 350mg/test E per week and 20 mg/day Dbol.), but naps tend to help...Just last week I had three 9pm games, and I also squeezed in 3 workouts. What I did was as soon as I got home from work on game nights I would take a nap for an hour, get up and eat, then head out to the game. On the weekends, 1 hour naps in the afternoon. Naps are anabolic!

Since I know I am draggin a bit, I also take some ZMA to help sleep deeper at night, to maximize rest time and keep from tossing and turning. (My last cycle, I had an issue with insomnia and dbol, but not this time, thank god.)

Wayne I think you and I are at about the same place in cycle - the body should start adapting to the test changes and smooth out the energy levels soon...I hope...

Sometimes I feel really tiered and over heated, but it ususally gets better as the cycle goes on. Clean stuff doesn't do that to me but I just got on some Golden Triangle enth that is killing me. I could sleep for 16 hours a day. Tylenol PM pills work great for getting a deep sleep and they don't give you a hang over like other pills or Niquil. I'm going to bed.
 
Push through it broham. During the day try eating more fresh fruits(berries are in season now). The sugars may give you an extra boost. This may sound retarded(and no I don't wear a helmet to the gym) but when I felt like that I dropped down and did push-ups. It worked for me. Good look to you.
