On Wed. I had the day off. Well, I fell asleep about 11 on tues. night, and the next thing I know it is about 10 or so wed morning. I zonked out and didn't stir all night. Well, I wake up and went to have some protein and take a HUGE piss. I was eating my breakfast, and then laid down on the sofa for a second to watch the news, next thing I know it is 4PM. I fell asleep again and woke up just so tired! I managed to stay awake again until about 10, and then slept all night till about 8 the next day. What the heck? I have heard test can make you lethargic but my dose is not that high (250) so can this be test or just my body needing some recoop time? I didn't blast myself anyharder than I usually do in the gym the day before, so I have no idea what it was. It felt great to get so rested, and it was my day off from the gym but still. The only thing I can think of is that it's my body getting used to the test eq and adapting. Any thoughts?
