Sometimes I Feel Bad

Asking people to do stuff for me at work. Like asking a Case Aide to copy a file for me. I have the skills to copy the file myself (Ive been properly trained lol jk) but I really dont feel like it. And I guess its their job anyhow. But somehow I find myself feeling bad asking them to do things like that for me.

I had a problem with it at first too, like i didn't want to seem like I thought I was above them by having them do more menial (sp) tasks. Then I learned that I am getting paid to spend my time doing my job, they are paid (less) to do those more menial tasks. Before I would also tell people to do something but in an asking tone kind of like "you dont have to if you dont want to", now I tell them with certainty that that is what they are going to do. Works a lot better this way.
