It took me a few weeks to get to the following dosage starting at 200mg deca and 250mg polysteron
Now I'm going on week 5 of;
400mg Deca + 500mg Polysteron per week. I've been doing that for 4 weeks.
I do;
day 1 chest tris
day 2 shoulders legs
day 3 back traps abs
day 4 biceps forarms
rest on saterday and sunday
running monday, wednesday, friday
meal 1- 1 apple 2 scoops protein
meal 2- chicken rolled up in totillas etc
meal 3- tuna sandwhich
that's just an example. If I eat any more than that I get bloated and feel stuffed. I'm aleady 20lbs over weight.
I don't get any pimples at all. Sometimes my right deltoid stays swollen for a few days but then it goes away.
My testicals are about the same, well maybe a little smaller but you really can't tell.
I thought I would be a little bigger by now but I almost look the same as I did when i started. I can see a small difference but thats after i worked out and get pumped.
Maybe this cycle is too weak. I was thinking maybe upping my polysteron to 750mg to 1000mg per week and dropping the deca to 300 per week.
Or maybe i'm going wrong in my diet. Not sure...
Any suggetions would be greatly appreciated.
