arrgghh.. I have one of those "need to be popped" criks right at the upper part of my back. You know how it is when you can feel the tension and "pressure" there and you simply HAVE to have it cracked/popped...
only problem is that it is too high up for me to get it with my customary techniques (twisting, hands behind back pushing, etc..)
It is driving me crazy.
