Someone convince me....

not to order pizza. I want to order a thin crust Dominos pizza SO bad that I can taste it. Help me out. Do you think that if I just eat something else this mad craving will go away? I'm not quite so sure. Hurry...the urge to call is gettin closer.

I am going to workout later tonight at the gym...cardio and weights...so if that seems to help justify it...

Oh hell...someone help me! :rolleyes:
 
eat the pizza! it wont kill you. unless your cutting :) and even then just call it a really big cheat day

or you could have a really small piece :)
 
Well, the thing is....I am dieting...but I haven't been eating as much because I haven't been able to get all the food down. :(

I just figure it can be justified...somehow?????

I am in a real dilemma here. I LOVE pizza.

If you have to get the pizza, make sure it's thin crust. Less carbs as long as you limit the amount of pieces you have. Also, blot the top of the pizza with several paper napkins. That can reduce the fat and grease by 50%.

Or just eat all you want and then go throw up. Either way I guess. :D

Well, I think that will be a good idea. MY problem is limiting the amount I eat...maybe I won't be able to eat much... who knows.

I love thin crust. But throwing up...I could not do!
 
Do what I do, order the pizze (thin crust, chicken and mushrooms...mmmm...yumyumyum...), put 3 slices on your plate, immediately wrap the rest up in saran wrap and throw it in the freezer, then savor savor savor....That's what I will be doing in 2 more days...pizza day! They actually put a note on our account at Domino's saying 'customer orders a lot of pizza'.. (between my roommate & I) LOL! :FRlol:

Just make sure you don't skimp on that workout tonight!

That's easy for you to say...but i have lost 7 lbs and 7 inches...so I don't want to mess that up. I am an easy gainer, though...I think about food and gain 5 lbs. lol. I gave in, though...it's on it's way as we speak.

No problem! :D By the time I'm done slowly devouring the pizza, the pizza in the freezer is halfway to frozen and not as appealing anymore! Not to mention I get to have pizza for lunch the next day.

I've come to the conclusion that women have to starve themselves to look right. It sucks bc even if they are working out every day, it easy to eat too many calories. I blame it on estrogen personaly.

OH boy...I knew I shouldn't have done it. I knew that I would eat almost the whole thing. I am SO full...and feel so blah. Time to go to the gym. I knew that I shouldn't have ordered it because I have no self-control when it comes to that. Shame on me. I will be doing an hour of cardio tonight on top of my weights...but I think I really ruined it. Maybe I could do that and then get up and go again to do cardio in the morning.

Shit...I'm not doing that again for a LONG time. I feel like crap. Back to my shrinking ass, I guess.

good point...it all begain with the invention of moving transportation. i mean the only reason we work out in the first place is because otherwise our muscles would not get enough exercise. If we could just incorporate exercise into our everyday activity, say, walking to the store or a friends house or the bar, or having to hunt down our own food, then we would all be nice and lean without having to go to the gym. However, even if I were to walk to the grocery store instead of drive, because of all these roads that were built to accomodate moving transportation that I would have to cross in order to get to the store, I am afraid for my life when it is necessary that I cross one of these roads on foot, worried that that any minute now some blind asshole sitting in one of these 50 cars around me might accidentally crush me to death.

Shit...sorry Night Fly!!! I figured that might help your portion control cuz I used to have a big problem with self-control too. Don't beat urself up tho girlie, it is only a minor set back!

Uhh....I know...but it just makes me feel like crap. That's why I knew I should have stayed away. I just couldn't resist it and now I feel like ass...

I'm sure it would have helped me self control had I not been so darn hungry by the time it came. I have some really bad self control problems when it comes to food....really bad. It sucks and I do NOT know what to do about it. :mad:
 
I know that feeling way too well....I guess it's different for everyone, but it has helped me alot since I started controlling my portions by putting the rest of the food away. You'll just need to find something that works best for you. Maybe if you just threw the rest of it out in the trash or fed the dog with it (if you've got one of those..). :D
 
Thanks for the suggestions, girl. I will keep that in mind. I have actually done the trash thing before...it just sucks spending 10 bucks and then throwing the rest of it away. Oh well...maybe that should be my incentive to eat right! LOL.

Thanks girl...it really does suck. I am still SO full and I have been through eating for about 3 hours and 20 minutes now. It sucks....it was one of those sick type of feelings. Definitley cardio in the morning. :(

Back on track tomorrow....
 
i went out for a big meal with a friend... indian food, chai tea, and then a large chocolate dipped ice cream cone. i feel like i could be rolled around on my stomach i'm still so full...

i piled the food in because i had slept most of the day and eaten only 4 bowls of cheerios until supper time.. :(

You needed to get all that food in, though. You have been struggling to eat for the past few days...I'm sure that it was good for you.

I do hate that I'm so full I feel sick feeling, though. :)
 
yeah that feeling sucks... that made of lead feeling

and yeah, i do need food. yesterday i did not too badly... but i severely need to get eating again.
