Some second thoughts? 1 all out cycle or multiple "small" ones????

OK well I am going to do my 1st cycle soon (if i can ever get my shit) and it will be like this....
10 weeks - Deca 400mg every week
10 weeks - Sust 500mg every week
last 4 weeks - 50 mg of Winny every day
Clomid, Arimidex and all that good stuff included....

Anyway the question i had is.... is there any validity to some of this shit i have been reading where people have been recommending multiple "smaller" cycles as opposed to a one time shot to gain 30 pounds - only to end up losing it most of that 30 pounds? Look i am 5'10 200 pounds and I honestly do not want to be HUGE, I prefer to keep my athleticism and have no need to be over 220! I would like to be 215-220 SOLID and most importantly i want to KEEP those gains without having to continually be on something. I know we all say JUST 1 cycle and then it ends up 2,3,4,etc.... but i really just want a KICKSTART to get my modest goal of 215 or so, I just dont want to have to ALWAYS be "on" to keep that. I have seen some people saying it may be best to do "smaller" cycles with moderate gains and that it is easier to keep the gains that way, is there any validity to that? and if so, then what would these "smaller" cycles consist of? I know there are genetic boundaries as to what we can keep when we are totally natural, but is it easier and more maintainable if it is done a little bit at a time instead of throwing it all on at once?

any and ALL opinions are welcomed!
 
Well IMO I'd rather do several smaller cycles then one big one. I don't mean short cycles, I'm talking about cycles that only have 1 or 2 compounds. My logic is I firmly believe there is a limit to how much muscle you can put on in a 10 week period, secondly I don't want rapid strength gains, that's how injuries happen. Lastly I'm not really looking to put on a whole lot of weight, I don't want to make it painfully obvious to those around me that I'm taking steroids.
 
genarr - so i take it that you would do those 1 or 2 compounds at a much lower dose as well? like in my case maybe just do the deca at 200mg and the sust at 250 mg a week, instead of doubling that amount? and then just take out the Winny all together? Should i take what i have and split it into 2 cycles instead? expand if you would be so kind! thx
 
Some people would be disapointed with 200mg Deca and 250mg test cycle. But from what I'm reading it kinda sounds like what you're looking for. My first cycle was 200mg Deca a week for 10 weeks and I gained 10 - 12lbs. Give it a try, the only way you'll know how it'll affect you is by trying it.
 
also if its your first cycle low dosages of the two drugs would still be good to pick up some poundages. as long as your smart about it you should be able to keep most of your gians.

ps. also take into consideration the summer is coming up so you proably dont want to be bloated on test during th esunny weather. chicks like 6packs not kegs!
 
I would do 400 deca/500 test for 10 weeks also running Arimidex at .5 to 1 gram/day depending on your sensitivity to estrogen and also keep the winny on hand if the deca causes gyno. Diet could be slightly over maintinance but very clean and lots of protein. Of course post cycle recovery using clomid and arimidex.

A first time cycle like that assuming your diet is perfect and you get plenty of rest you could easily keep 15lbs of muscle. Take as much time off as you were on and re-evaluate your goals and if you need to run a 8 week course of tren and winny and just get a little leaner and you may be happy enough to never want to do another cycle again and just maintain your body comp.

Keep your cycles simple and moderate and eat perfectly and you can avoid wasting time and money on outrageous, complicated drug use.

Just my 2 cents.
 
In the long run you'd probably have better keepable gains if you did two 10 week cycles of

200mg/wk Deca
250mg/wk Sust
25mg/day Winny tabs last 4 weeks

with 3-5 months between the two cycles.
