i am 30, cough, today =( fucking ol fart now
my lifts went now, i went from a 1 rep max flat bench of around 270 to a 1 rep max now of 315
my flat bench routine before i went on was like this
warmup set 135# 20 reps
set 1 185# 12 reps
set 2 205 or 215 9 reps
set 3 225 or 235 4-6 reps
set 4 if im maxing 255 or 265
now it looks like this after crap pct which i am doing over again right now
warmup set 185# 20 reps
set 1 225# 12-15 reps
set 2 265# 10 reps
set 3 285 or 305 7 reps 285 3 reps 305
set 4 for a max, tried 325 didnt get it , got 315 once though
this is the main thing i've watched to gauge my strength on but i've gotten insanely stronger in every muscle group. like skullcrushers used to max out at sets of 10 at 90 pounds and now i have gone up to 125 before for sets of 6 or 8
straight bar curls have went from like working sets at 65 or 75 to working sets at 105 or 115 and have went up to 135 for a few reps couple times.
