is this what everyone uses...what is the difference between ala50 and ala100? and i've heard r-ala is better. are on of these r-ala or just ala? i'm thinking of picking some up sometime soon and want to make sure i get the right stuff. So from what i understand r-ala is to be taken right before u eat a carby meal? What if i'm taking in few carbs...would i still take it say before i ate vegetables? OR should i take it every so often. Thanks in advance as i'm interested in taking advantage of the best results possible.:)
 
The difference is simply the milligrams per dose.

I think you would do well to avoid buying any supplements from GNC; their products are grossly overpriced, even when on sale. Go through iceman on this board, beyond-a-century.com or kilosports.com to get great deals on ALA.

Yeah, take it before a carby meal, especially after working out before your post-workout shake.
