Some help please???

I have some pics that I want to post (no, not dirty pics, sorry!)...and I can't shrink 'em. I would save them as a web page, but they're HUGE! So could someone help me out here and either tell me how to shrink 'em, or possibly do it for me if I send them to you???? PLEASE
