Some help if you can

I have a job interview coming up in a couple of weeks and this company uses the Behavior Interview style. I have never had an interview that uses this style before.

Has anyone here conducted or been interviewed in this style?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I figure someone has to have been interviewed in this style or has interviewed someone in this style. Some of you must be in Mgmt. positions.

dude

a few tips: do not say "im a people person" you will not get the job if you do. Also they are going to ask you the same question about 10 times and word it completely different each time. Make sure even though the question is worded differently, you give the same exact answer each time. Make sure you look out for that. And last express you role as a productive team player but also say when a team is not available you are very efficient on your own. This style of interview is tricky, follow what ive said and your golden....make sure you post the results

most of the questions will probably be about stress and handling it... "what would you do" type questions? and it will be worded differently each time. and how fast you response to them.

I had an interview like that a couple of times-my trick is to STARE at the interviewer-make him or her feel real uncomfortble. Just concentrate on doing that and let the answers flow-try not to think about them too much-that will mess you up. if all else fails, just run around screaming "beeeeeeees!!!!! IM being attacked by millions of killer beeeeeeeeeeees!!!!!!!!!!" that should work
