Decided to run it alone, to maintain my muscle whilst losing fat. Running it for six weeks. 4@50mg 2@80mg.
Just finished week 4. I'm 5.6. Started at 168 pound, down to just below 158-160. Still appear the same size in mirror and can see my abs more clearly (this was my main issue). Muscles have felt full and well maintained so far. My main problems been lethagy, think this is due to the low carb diet not the tbol. Strength has stayed the same which is good. (thought this mite be an issue due to low carb intake).

Yeh I no. Live and learn. Can definitely notice a difference though. Do you no an effective way you can measure BF at home?
