I am 204lbs with about 12% body fat. I have 4 months until I start dieting for a competition and I want to add around 20lbs of muscle in that time.
I am going to use 500mg enanthate as a base and I am thinking about usine some anapolon at 100mg per day for 1 month then replacing the anapolon with 400mg of deca for the following 3 months.
Any comments or suggestions are very welcome, what do you guys think I should do?
