Looking to Shed Body-Fat

Hello everyone. I got a few questions. I am 27, 263lbs. 6'0" looking to loose body fat. I have done cycles of win and primo in the past with good success, but I am looking to take it to the next level.

I workout 5-7 7 days a week (5 days with weights for 1 - 1.5 hours) and anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes of cardio a day.

I have been looking at somotropin and jinotropin with win and suggestions or advice?

Which is better somo or jin?

Thanks for the help.

Thank's for the advice, but if I compounded the extra cardio and stricter diet with something else to help jumpstart the process, won't I be better off in the long-run?

seams like a VERY expensive way to try to achieve your goal. There are more effective/cheaper ways to lose body fat.

I would suggest a suitable diet and training. Your diet should be high in protein, low in fats and carbs. Cardio should be atleast 3 times a week light jogging on a treadmill for 30-45 mins in the morning on an empty stomach.

Extra supplements: ECA (it speeds up your metabolism and carbs your appetite)

My work-outs are Mon: Chest 5 exercises 4 sets of 6 - 15 reps
Stomach 300 reps of different exercises
Tues: back5 exercises 4 sets of 6 - 15 reps
bi's 4 exercises 4 sets of 6 - 15 reps
Wed: Shoulders 4 exercises 4 sets of 6 - 15 reps
Tri's 4 exerceises 4 sets of 6 - 15 reps
Thurs: Legs 3 exercises 4 sets of 15 reps
abs 300 reps of different exercises
Friday: Chest 1 exercise 4 sets of 15 reps
back 1 exercise 4 sets of 15 reps
shoulders1 exercise 4 sets of 15 reps
tris 1 exercise 4 sets of 15 reps
bi's1 exercise 4 sets of 15 reps

Diet: 1 Isopure 40 g protein drink and yogurt in morning
lunch depends on work usually sushi or some kind of alad
I try to have a zone bar between lunch and dinner
Dinner is usually some kind of meat and vegtable

Thanks again for the advice

starts in the kitchen, diet, diet and tons of cardio in the am on an empty stomach, always works for me. Also like another bro said, drop your weight time 45-1hour is plenty just when you doing it, BUST YOUR ASS!! hope that helps good luck

I agree with you that the diet and exersice is more important than supps. If you are a newbie... like i am ..... we need to teach ourselves discipline and constincency and work one step at a time when it comes to supplements,

See the thing is that people that try to gain weight and muscle will adventually plato due to genetics, so steroids come into play. Now when you are talking about cutting and loosing weight, the sky is the limit and with the right mind set you can achieve your goal and it wont take that long if you do it right.

bro you'd be amazed how many natural guys are cut up and jacked as all hell. yes steroids allow you to go past this point and maybe attain more size than you are genitically limited to, but they are wasted if are not ready to use. cardio on an empty stomach and low carbs with lots of protein. check out the many cutting diets on here with pics to back them up. makavelli comes to mind. i was single digit bf way before i started aas it is not that hard to do.

Hey bro

what BF% are you?

Diet is huge, how may calories are you taking in a day? How many timesw a day do you eat? when do you eat? these are all very important factors to success. even using AAs if diet is bad you will never be successful.

Thats my 2 cents.

i agree with everyone on training only 45min-1hr on weights.. BUT .. you defineately need to up the intensity. weights have potential to burn more calories than cardio if done intensely ie. LESS rest between sets, drop sets, supersets and GOING TO FAILURE EVERY SET this will get you already well into fat burning mode before you do cardio and the whole cardio session may be spent burning fat, not warming up..
also you need to eat more meals.. not nececcarily more food, that you have to decide for yourself.. but eating 7 meals or more would be ideal to keep the metabolism stimulated. you have to FUEL THE FIRE
if i were you id do cardio first thing in the morning (but not on empty stomach.. that seems too catabolic to me) then do your weights later in the day and do cardio again after weights. good luck bro :artist:

I can garuntee that if you eat a roughly 2600 to 2800 cals per day of clean food and keep the protien high...With 30 minutes of cardio per day...you WILL lose BF. Period
