some advice for a newbie

OK, i was hoping for a little advice about starting my first cycle of gear. Some info about me ; i'm 26 years old and have been lifting regular since i was 15, i have never taken or even considered anabolics up and till recently, my physique is pretty good i guess for natural about 16 1/2 stone 6' quite low body fat.
I have got a good deal of size but could do with a bit more muscle tone and size in certain areas (back and shoulders mostly) what would be good to take for my first cycle. I'm thinking very low dose just to see how my body responds i also want to minimize any possible side effects.

any advice would be appreciated

Well bro, you have come to the right place, but you really just need to do some research and read the old threads. I cant really tell you anything that has not already been said before.

Did you have something in mind? You said you are thinking of a low dose, but of what? My advice: do your research, propose a cycle, get people to critique it, and then go balls out.
 
normally lift 3 to 4 times a week, tend to go in spurts sometimes 5 times a week some times might just make it twice. Ussually do bb sets (ie quite high reps) but some times like to go real heavy (deadlift n squat) to develope some power.

I've heard quite a bit about dbol and sus, would these be good for a beginner? I have been reading up on this site but unsure what would constitute a cycle time + dosage.
